Dr. Vinod Vasudevan

With roles spanning from research to commercialization and alternating between small ventures and large multinational corporations, Vinod’s career is characterised by one constant – developing and translating intellectual property to innovative products and scalable business models. Prior to Flytxt, he co-founded a mobile content repurposing business and later went on to become an early hire at a ten billion $ telecom venture, where he was responsible for a 1400 city mobile Internet service and one of the earliest app stores in the mobile industry globally. He has also actively participated in defining international standards on multimedia and mobile communication.

At Flytxt, Vinod focuses on building a unique, intellectual property driven technology business that delivers measurable value to customers and stake holders. Always connected to customers he constantly strives to support employees to innovate and grow both personally and professionally.

He holds a Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT-Kharagpur, where he specialized in artificial intelligence and neural networks.

Having done business in 60 countries across 6 continents and lived and worked in Japanese and Indian villages, in the Bay Area as well as the silicon valley of India, and metros such as Singapore, Mumbai, Dubai and London, Vinod brings a rare global and multi-cultural perspective in all his dealings. A casual observer of geopolitics, hobby farmer and a parent, he enjoys a good open debate on any of these topics.

Dr. Prateek Kapadia

Dr. Prateek Kapadia

Prateek is an expert on lab-to-cash commercialization of innovations in AI, networks, and cryptography. His diverse experience spans across standards development, data network management, and cryptography applications. The hardest lessons he has learned on technology leadership are about fostering collaborations between extremely talented engineers and extremely demanding users.

Prateek is the Chief Technology Officer of Flytxt, where he focuses on building practical AI, and taking it from incubation to scale. Previously he held technology lead positions for packet data services at Reliance Communications and implemented cryptography algorithms at Algorithmic Research (now DocuSign) in Israel. Prateek was born in Bombay (now Mumbai), India, and has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Prateek thinks the world is going the wrong way in eating, exercising, and teaching math and machine learning; he invites vigorous, and often futile, debates on these topics. He also follows meteor showers, comet trajectories and other visible cosmic events. He is an expert on predicting the time, position, and clarity of rainbows in the sky. He likes nature walks, sounds of guitars, and practicing Hebrew on unwilling Israelis. Prateek donates to charities for the girl child.

Sachin Rastogi

Sachin Rastogi

With roles spanning in industries from FMCG to Software Products, KPO, Retail and Education, Sachin brings a unique blend of experience from across industries and geographies including India, China, North America and Europe. Sachin has worked in finance and operations across Fortune 100 companies and start-ups. His experience includes public listing of two companies, incubating new business from ground zero and setting up business focussed finance organization.

As CFO in Flytxt, he is responsible for supporting business in the growth phase with a combination of process and data driven business decision making. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and Masters in Business Management from IIM Bangalore.

Sachin is an avid driver and extreme sports enthusiast, enjoys tasting local cuisine and participating in cross country motor rallies.

Vickram Nagi

Vickram Nagi

Vickram is an accomplished digital business leader with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic business development, managed services, and business transformation for major technology and digital service providers. Prior to joining Flytxt, he held leadership positions at Kyndryl Holdings (an IBM spin-off), IBM, BigCash online Gaming, iiNet Australia, and Primus Telecom Australia. He is renowned for his pivotal role in many fortune 500 companies, leading their business transformation and enhancing sales and operational efficiency on a global scale.

At Flytxt, Vickram oversees the global sales initiatives targeted at expanding the footprint for the company’s portfolio of AI-driven products and solutions across markets and industry verticals. With an acute focus on top-line revenue growth, he strives for building strategic partnerships, accelerating penetration to new markets and deepening engagement with key strategic accounts.

He has an MBA in Operations from Victoria University and Digital Business Management from Cornell University.

Niladri Sen

Niladri brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to drive technology-led innovation with a focus on keeping clients at the forefront of digital transformation. His expertise spans areas such as omnichannel customer engagement, AI-powered customer experience orchestration, big data analytics, and software-as-a-service solutions.

As Global Head of Customer Success at Flytxt, Niladri plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes when utilising Flytxt’s products and services. His role involves guiding customer-facing teams to evangelise and deliver numerous use cases across customer experience functions, demonstrating versatility and an ability to address diverse business challenges across markets and geographies.

Holding a graduate degree in Agriculture, Niladri maintains a deep interest in flora and fauna. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, hiking, nature trails, adventure sports, travelling and photography.

Anil Kumar R

Anil Kumar R

Anil is a seasoned HR professional with strong functional knowledge and in-depth exposure to multiple facets of People Management including Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR transformation and Change Management. In the course of his career, he has been associated with start-up companies, integration scenarios and big multinational organizations across sectors including Manufacturing, Information Technology and Banking. Prior to joining Flytxt, he was associated with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Anil has pursued his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

As the Global Human resources head in Flytxt, he has successfully taken up the challenge of building an organization across the globe (countries as varied as Guatemala to Vietnam), implementing systems and processes to create a learning environment and consistently improve the employee engagement scores every year. His varied experience has honed in him the ability to connect with, align and contribute to growth of businesses by ensuring a strong, collaborative and productive work environment.

Anil loves music, movies, traveling and sports. A proponent of influencing the stock markets with buying and selling patterns, he insists that the minute he buys, the market invariably crashes and vice versa. This, he claims is an unmistakable indication of his connect with the universe.
