Flytxt amongst the Four Companies Shortlisted for CommsMEA ‘African Vendor of the Year’ Award

Flytxt, the leading Big Data Analytics powered solution provider for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), announced today that it has been named as one of the four finalists in CommsMEA Awards 2014 for the category ‘African Vendor of the Year’. This annual award recognizes the vendor or systems integrator that has gone the extra mile and exceeded its clients’ expectations on the delivery of projects in Africa.
Flytxt expanded its footprint in Africa with presence in more than 20 countries in 2014, establishing relationships with major operator groups including MTN, Vodacom and Airtel. The company has partnered with CSPs in Africa to execute many successful real-time customer engagement campaigns for increasing revenue, improving retention rates, enhancing loyalty as well as increasing the uptake of data and mobile money subscriptions.

This year’s awards are divided into four main categories and shortlisted names include many leading CSPs and vendors in the Middle-east and African region including Etisalat, Du, Zain, Ooredoo, MTN, and Ericsson.
