Flytxt expanding in the Gulf as telecoms firms harness artificial intelligence to engage with customers

March 8, 2018, Dubai
  • Flytxt signs deal with telecoms operator in the Gulf for intelligent customer engagement
  • Artificial intelligence-driven NEON-dX proven to deliver 2-7% impact on net revenue
  • Three-year deal expands Flytxt’s growing network across the region

February 28, 2018, Dubai: Flytxt, the independent market leader in intelligent customer engagement technology, has expanded its presence in the Arabian Gulf after securing a deal with a major telecoms firm.

Using Flytxt’s market-leading, artificial intelligence-driven, proprietary technology NEON-dX, companies can better understand customers through learning their behavior and predicting what they want in real time and responding immediately, creating deeper and longer relationships.

NEON-dX has been proven to consistently deliver 2-7% impact on net revenue for Flytxt’s telecom clients.

The product will be seamlessly integrated into the new client’s current big data platform and used to engage with both pre and post-paid customers. However, as the system has not yet gone live, the client has asked Flytxt not to reveal the brand.

Flytxt has its regional HQ in Dubai as the Gulf is one of the company’s top markets. As well this new deal, it also has an agreement with Kuwait-based Zain Group to deploy NEON-dX in seven markets.

“Our business is all about helping clients better engage with their customers,” said Dr. Vinod Vasudevan, CEO of Flytxt. “Through real-time contextual marketing, companies personalize the customer’s digital experience by anticipating their needs and responding with the right offer at the right moment, cultivating activity and loyalty.

“This is a vital part of successfully executing Customer Value Management (CVM) programs and a competitive differentiator across sectors.

“We are already helping more than 100 companies across the globe maximize the economic value of their customer data, including many of the world’s leading telecoms operators, so we are delighted to have been chosen by yet another operator in the region.”

A real-time contextual marketing campaign allows marketers to seize opportunities such as upselling and cross-selling, by enhancing the customer experience through tracking their actions and behavior. Real-time responses influence decisions, leading to more positive outcomes when it comes to new subscriptions, top-ups, reducing churn…etc.

Through its proven pre-packaged analytical models and dashboards for driving omni-channel digital engagement, NEON-dX boosts market share by improving customer engagement.

Flytxt is one of the fastest growing developers of software in the rapidly growing fields of artificial intelligence, analytics and marketing automation, with more than 100 clients in over 50 countries.

It counts many of the world’s leading telco groups among its clients including Vodafone, MTN, America Movil, Zain and Airtel. The business grew 75% in revenues in 2016 and grew by a similar amount in 2017.

The big data analytics market alone is expected to reach USD 275 billion by the end of 2023 with approximately 12% CAGR expected between 2017 and 2023. Technology, communications and financial services have been identified as the leading industries to adopt artificial intelligence products in the next three years.
