Flytxt’s Client, Vodacom Mozambique, shortlisted for Total Tele Africa Award

Dubai, 5th May, 2015 – Flytxt, a leading Big Data Analytics solution provider for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), announced today that its client, Vodacom Mozambique, the leading operator in Mozambique, has been shortlisted as finalist for ‘Best Customer Experience Initiative’ category at Total Telecom’s Africa Awards 2015. Vodacom was nominated for rolling out innovative customer engagement programs using Flytxt’s solutions; enhancing customer experience through personalized and timely communication.
The Total Tele Africa Awards recognize outstanding performance and innovation from the leading organizations in telecoms and the Internet of Things space.
Vodacom Mozambique leveraged Flytxt solutions’ consumer analytics and real-time event processing capabilities to not only create a 360 degree view of each subscriber, but also to identify implicit subscriber intent, in real-time, from millions of contexts and interactions on mobile device. It enabled Vodacom to design timely, relevant and contextual offers that uniquely addresses subscribers’ persona and needs. In addition to improving customer satisfaction, these programs have also made a 2% incremental impact on Vodacom’s top line.
