Safaricom Partners with Flytxt for Data Analytics to Improve Customer Experience

Barcelona, Spain and Dubai, UAE, February 23rd, 2016 – Flytxt, a leading mobile consumer analytics solution provider for enterprises, today announced an agreement with Safaricom, the largest integrated telecommunication service provider in Kenya, to deploy its Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions. Flytxt’s advanced analytics powered solutions will enable Safaricom to improve customer experience through personalized and contextually relevant engagement with customers throughout their lifecycles.

With over 25 million subscribers, Safaricom is East Africa’s largest telecommunications company with a portfolio of products spanning the voice, data, mobile money and enterprise segments. Safaricom being an affiliate of the Vodafone Group, this partnership marks Flytxt’s third such agreement within the group’s global footprint.
